Obituary
Adrian Gonzalez Velasquez, 46, of High Point, passed away January 20, 2023 at his home after a prolonged illness. He is preceded in death by his mother, Carmen Velasquez Lopez.
Adrian was born March 5, 1976 to Victor Gonzalez Perez and Carmen Lopez in Aldea San Antonio, Guatemala and was married to Rebekka Maness on September 1, 2011 in New Haven CT. He was employed with Arcadia as a foreman of warehousing. Adrian was a hardworking, kind hearted, family-oriented man who loved DIY’s, working, and most of all, hanging with his family.
Adrian leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife Rebekka, father Victor, mother-in-law Janet Shelton, father-in-law Dana Boothe and many other family members including nieces and nephews with which he had a special bond.
A celebration of Adrian’s life will be held at 6:30 PM on January 27, 2023 at the Midstate Cremation and Funeral Service chapel, 304 Lanier Avenue, Asheboro, officiated by Rev. Joe Farlow.
Memorials may be made in Adrian’s memory to the Victory Junction Gang Camp, 4500 Adam's Way, Randleman, NC 27317.
