Asheboro- Angiela “Angie” Kaye Wheeler, 54, was called home to her Lord and Savior, Saturday, June 19, 2021. She was born on January 13, 1966 to June Pruitt Wheeler of Greensboro, NC and Dennis “Butch” Wheeler who is at home with Christ.
Angie graduated from Randleman High School, Class of 1984. Shortly after she had her first son, Austin Wheeler and her first daughter, Cassidy Miranda Poole, who are both now at home with Christ. Angie is survived by her youngest daughter, Brittany Bianca Poole of Asheboro; grandson, Skyler Alexander Farlow; mother June Wheeler; siblings, Dennis Wheeler, Tammy Levan of McLeansville, and Faith Shore of Asheboro; nephew, Tristyn Shore.
Angie was a secretary in a family business for years; then found her calling in custom home painting. She was very talented and passionate about her work. One doesn’t meet many people like Angie in this life. It was her heart made of gold and stardust that made her beautiful. She never met a stranger. She loved her grandson Skyler with all of her heart. She loved going to the beach or staying in and watching movies. Only in the darkness can you see the stars and Angie was a shooting star that passed by too quickly. She was compassionate, considerate, and altruistic.
A celebration of life will be held at 3:00pm, Friday, July 2, 2021, at Midstate Cremation & Funeral Service with Pastor Scott Jackson officiating.
