Colt Harrison Seawell

Asheboro- Colt Harrison Seawell, 32, passed away Monday, May 9, 2022. Born September 10, 1989 in Orange County, NC; he is the son of Donna Stuckey Gardner and her husband Chris, and Rex Seawell and his wife Kathy Tysinger.

Colt was baptized at an early age at Gravel Hill Baptist Church in New Hope, NC. He attended Southwest High School in Asheboro. He worked at various jobs including Koffman’s, as a welder; CID, as a welder; and GHS where he did land scaping and mowing. He enjoyed horse riding, motorcycles, and was a lady’s man.

Colt is survived by his parents and their spouses; sons, Wyatt Ray Seawell and Noah Lee Alexander; brother, Jessie Nolan Seawell and his wife Emma; sister, Kendall Gardner Comer and her husband Aaron; aunts, Nancy Maness, and Cheryll Black; and nieces and nephews, Weston Seawell, Cope Comer, Ellie Comer, Joanna Comer and Zack Black. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Linda and Jerry Stuckey, Pearl Maness, Lemuel Seawell, and Larry Gardner; uncles, Larry Maness, Burt Seawell, and Jeffrey “Bo” Gardner; and aunt, Elizabeth Allen.

A visitation will be held at 1:30pm, Wednesday, May 18, 2022, with a service to follow at 2:00pm at Mountainview Church of Asheboro, 1530 Mt. View Church Rd, Asheboro, NC 27205.
