Asheboro- Randal Charleton Routh, 64, passed away Monday, June 8, 2020, at Randolph Hospice due to Liver cancer. Born in Randolph County, NC, November 21, 1955, he was the son of the late Charlie Routh and Faye Reece Farlow.
Randy collected knives and loved his grandchildren and children. He is survived by wife, Judy Routh of Randleman; children, Kimberly (Gary) Foutz of Troutville, Va, Krystal Routh of Randleman, and Chad (Kathleen) Routh of Goodview, Va; sisters, Penny (Ted) Swicegood of Asheboro, Rita Routh(Todd) Johnson of Franklinville, and Teresa Kirkman of Randleman; brothers, Tim (Wendy) Brady of Asheboro, and Tommy (Samantha) Routh of Asheboro; step mother, Rosina Routh of Asheboro; twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren; friend, Pam McLeod; and caregiver, Bobbi Graham. He was preceded in death by his parents; step father, Norman Farlow; son, Chris Routh; brothers, Kim Routh, Tim Routh, and Dennis Brady; and step daughter, Tonya Adams.
A memorial service will be held in Randy’s honor at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Randolph Hospice in Asheboro, NC. The family wishes to give special thanks to Bobbi Graham for the care given to Randy during his illness. Services entrusted to Midstate Cremation & Funeral Service.
